Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Below you will find information regarding order processing, delivery times and costs, customs charges, returns, exchanges and refunds.
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, collection launches or sales, processing may occasionally take longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Additional delivery options, including selected pick-up point services, may be available depending on the destination. Available methods and the final delivery cost will always be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. The 24-hour order processing time is not included in the delivery estimates above.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries to non-EU destinations may take longer due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact store@misbhv.com with your order number.
Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable VAT and are not subject to additional import duties upon delivery.
For non-EU destinations, import duties, local taxes, tariffs, customs clearance charges or brokerage fees may apply.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary depending on the order value, product category and local regulations.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.
Items must be:
Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.
Products with strong odours, including perfume, cosmetics, cigarettes or similar substances, may also be rejected.
MISBHV reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items that cannot be accepted will be returned to the customer at their expense.
MISBHV does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on misbhv.com.
The new purchase will be treated as a separate order and is subject to current product availability. Items cannot be reserved while a return is in transit or being processed.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your return being received and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and other import-related charges are non-refundable.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where reimbursement is required under applicable consumer law.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
