Online purchasing on M I S B H V.com

How can I place an order?

  • To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu.
  • Select specific product and add it to your bag. You can then choose to continue shopping or to proces your order by registering or checking-out as a guest.
  • Select a shipping method and a payment method, check your order summary and process your order. 
  • Within several minutes, you will receive an order confirmation email including the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you.

Can I modify my order?

If you wish to add or remove items from your order, you will need to cancel it and place a new one. To cancel your order please contact us at store@misbhv.com

If we do not receive your payment within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled automatically. 

What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation email?   

  • Please check your spam folder and make sure that store@misbhv.com is in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent anti-spam filter from blocking further communications. 
  • If you still can not find the confirmation, please contact us at store@misbhv.com

Why might my card be refused?

Your credit/debit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.

How long will my order take to arrive?

M I S B H V.com ships worldwide with UPS. 

You will receive an email including your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Our couriers delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Where can I check the status of my order?  

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time using the Follow Your Order section in Customer Care page. Moreover, you can find all information related to the order in My Account. 

What does the order status means? 

‘Processing’ status means that your payment is being processed.  

‘Complete’ status means that your payment has been received and order dispatched. 

What should I do if my order has not been delivered timely? 

If your order has not been delivered within estimated period, we suggest to:

  • Check the order status in My Account page or by entering the order number in the Follow Your Order section in Customer Care. 
  • Check that the address indicated for delivery is correct. 
  • In the case of missed delivery, please contact UPS. 
  • For further assistance, please contact us at store@misbhv.com.

Do prices on M I S B H V.com include duties and taxes? 

Duties and taxes are not included. Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.


Returns 

How to initiate a return?

You can return any item purchased on misbhv.com within 14 days from the delivery date. 

  • Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging. 
  • Fill out the return form and put it into the box with returned product. In the case of lack of the form, processing time may be considerably delayed.
  • As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. However, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, please remember to keep a proof of dispatch.  

M I S B H V.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition. 

Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box. The shoe box should be placed inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued? 

Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return. 

Can I ask for an exchange? 

M I S B H V.com is not able to offer exchanges however, we do accept returns. You can arrange the return and place a new order for appropriate item. 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

M I S B H V.com only sells items in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of receiving faulty item or item that you did not order, please contact us at store@misbhv.com 


Pre-orders 

How does „pre-order” work?

A pre-order gives you a chance to place an order for items that have not yet been released or were sold out and are to be restocked. 

If your order is considered a „pre-order”, it is slated to arrive before the date indicated in product description and may mean that estimated delivery time can be a couple of days/weeks from the time you placed the order.

To complete your order at M I S B H V.com, you are not required to create an account. 

What should I do if I can not log into My Account?

If you have forgotten your password, enter „Forgot your password?” link on the login page and follow outlined procedure to change it.
